We have an immediate opportunity for a Quality Management Systems Specialist.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and distributing documents, internal and external audits which ensures processes and procedures comply with A&B Process Systems’ ISO 9001: 2015, ASME QMS, and Customer Documentation Packages.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinates data and reports KPI’s or QMS metrics; provide trend analysis.
• Perform Internal Audits; participate in External Audits; maintain auditable records files.
• Write, maintain, and distribute QA Manual, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
• Maintain training records for SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Assist in tracking non-conformances for completion of corresponding root cause, corrective action, and preventative actions, and effectiveness of actions.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete per customer and GDP requirements.
• Performs Other Duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

At least 3 – 5 years’ of industry experience in development and maintaining Quality Management Systems.

Or

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or another related field with 1 – 2 experience of industry experience in development and maintaining Quality Management Systems.

 A thorough understanding and ability to use all Microsoft Word Office applications is a definite plus.  Must display strong listening, planning, organization and negotiation and presentation skills; as well demonstrate the ability to read a tape measure, calipers and micrometers.
