Client is looking for a highly talented Executive Director of Human Resources for their healthcare team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the Facility CEO and other leadership team members, and is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives within an assigned market consistent with the hospitals strategic goals.
What you'll do:
support management in a highly diverse range of issues such as:
- Talen Acquisition
- Employee Relations
- Compensation Management
- Performance Management
- Employee health and benefit program administration
- Liaison for policies and procedures
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, IT ,service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality controls objectives
- Coordinates and directs internal and external audits
- Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth
- Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
- Works to create consistency of practice in the hospital for all HR policies and ensures they are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. (Communicates with the HRBP relative to policy and practice issues)
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislations
Qualifications:
7-10 years of acute healthcare HR experience which includes:
- Talent Management
- Employee Relations
- Talent Management
- Training and development
- 5-7 years of supervisory experience overseeing HR support roles
- Strategic executive leadership collaboration
Preferred:
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP certification
- Masters Degree

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
