Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

- Utilize Millennium software to schedule appointments and manage client information
- Operate cash register and POS system to process transactions accurately
- Upsell beauty cosmetics and products to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Manage social media accounts to promote the business and engage with customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Knowledge of beauty cosmetics sales techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
