Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department or team
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and optimal use of resources
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to department activities
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage stock inventory effectively
- Proficient in basic math calculations for sales transactions
- Knowledge of the market trends and competition in the wireless sales industry
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Please note that previous experience in a supervisory role or in wireless sales is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
