As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include data entry, communication with customers, conducting outbound calls for sales purposes, and analyzing customer needs to provide appropriate solutions. To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, be bilingual or multilingual (particularly in English), possess excellent phone etiquette, and have experience with data entry.
