Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines and equipment to sew products according to sewing patterns
- Follow established quality control procedures to ensure finished products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products for any defects or errors and make necessary adjustments to sewing machines as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials and equipment
- Meet production targets and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of new techniques or technologies
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Required Qualifications:
- Previous industrial sewing experience a plus
- Ability to do basic math and read rulers and tape measures
- Ability to lift 50 lbs required
- Ability to read blueprints a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary
$18-$19/hr - commensurate with experience
