Job Title: Retail Owners Representative Project Manager
Location: Remote Worker in the Northeast US (Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Northern New York State)

PROJECT MANAGER ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with one of the leading Quick Service Restaurant companies in the world to represent them on their Construction Projects throughout the Northeast Region of the United States. Provide leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities associated with a group of projects ($1M to $10M). Responsible for the overall performance and success of each project(s) including the project budget, project schedule, quality, safety, and client relations. Manage Architects, Engineers, Consultants, General Contractors, and other client vendors. This position reports directly to a Vice President on the Retail Owners Representative Team.
PRIMARY DUTIES:

The Project manager will be trained in the client’s online project management software. After training is complete they will be responsible for working with in this system to perform all project tasks including the above items.
Chair Contractor Progress and Team Meetings. Prepare the agendas and minutes for the same. Chair all regular Owner Architect Engineer and JCT Development Team meetings. Prepare the minutes for the same.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Four-year Construction Science/Engineering degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of responsibility for the total execution of commercial retail construction projects. Quick Service Restaurant experience is preferred.
Experience and knowledge of Commercial Construction, budgeting, means and methods, accounting, project administration, and a general understanding of industry practices.
Experience in the management of Project Support staff.
Experience managing remote support staff.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
3 years’ experience using project or construction management software (MS Project, Tririga, Primavera, Project Mates, Procore, etc.) Experience with Compass preferred.
Must possess the utmost of personal integrity and have the ability to create and lead an organization culture of collaboration, both internally and externally, in order to maintain the superior reputation of firm and client satisfaction.
