We are searching for an experienced Facility Technician to join our team. This is an excellent career opportunity for those with prior construction experience in the restaurant industry. Responsibilities

· Conduct general maintenance tasks such as patch & paint, caulking, hanging doors, and mirror film repair

· Installation and repair of door closers, hinges, door sweeps, thresholds, and transitions

· Repairing of booths and tables

· Light carpentry, light electrical, and tilework

Requirements

· 3-5 years of construction / maintenance person experience

· Restaurant experience is a must

· Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License

· Must be able to work nights

· Adaptable to schedule changes

· Available for weekend emergency calls

· Positive attitude and customer-oriented personality

· Able to travel out of state or to Northern California for work as needed

· Able to lift up to 65 pounds

· Able to get up and down a ladder

· Additional knowledge of other trades (welding, plumbing, mechanical, concrete, electrical, etc.) a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Drywall: 3 years (Required)
• Patching: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Signal Hill, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
