Overview:
We are seeking a non-experienced or a skilled Splicer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment repair, construction sites, and network infrastructure. If you have a background in fiber splicing, copper splicing, and operating heavy equipment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform splicing, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber optic cables and copper twisted pair.
- Work on construction sites to install and repair network infrastructure
- Operate equipment such as TRD's, Toners, OTDR, Fiber and Copper Splicing equipment.
- Handle high voltage equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct telephone line installations and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
Experience:
- Prior experience in fiber splicing and Copper Splicing
- Proficiency in using voltmeters and other relevant tools
- Ability to operate heavy equipment like mini excavators
- Knowledge of high voltage safety protocols
- Familiarity with construction site operations
