Automotive Finance Director

Title: Automotive F&I Director

Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group has an opening for an experienced F&I Director with automotive dealership experience. The F&I Director will be responsible for the operation of the F&I Departments in each of our franchises in the Downingtown area.

F&I Manager Responsibilities

• Must have strong ability to get approvals for our customer credit applications with the finance sources we work with.
• Understand Financial Services programs as well as finance sourcing options.
• Communicate to client advisors all relevant information about programs.
• Review contracts ensuring that all paperwork is properly submitted to Financial Services.
• Report the approval status of client contracts to the respective client advisors.
• Work with marginal credit cases as well as prime credit applicants
• Ensure that client advisors provide appropriate follow-up with all clients.
• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Work with managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Train staff to present product menu and hold them accountable to achieve sales and income goals required by ownership.
• F&I Director Qualifications
• Previous Sub Prime Finance experience required
• Previous automobile dealership sales experience required
• Must be familiar with federal/state/local regulations and compliance
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
