We are looking for an experienced training manager to assist our agency owners and their staff with product, system, and sales training.

Responsibilities


  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
  • Train on all products
  • Train on current and future systems
  • Host weekly training bootcamps available to all district staff and agents.
  • Onboarding training for reserve Agents
  • Various trainings as needed

 

Works closely with District Manager, Associate District Managers, and Agency Business Consultants in the district.


Requirements


  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Be a fantastic presenter.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
