Jeff Wyler Auto Mall is looking for a Parts Counter Person, Whether you have 20 years of experience or you’re still new in the automotive industry, we will make sure you are set up for success!
What you will do:
- Promptly greet customers at the parts counter and answer the phone.
- Actively listen to customers and suggest parts that fit their needs.
- Update inventory, being detail-oriented and accurate.
- Maintaining stock and specifying parts directly with vehicles identification numbers.
- Assist service team by keeping stock of required parts.
- Ordering and receiving of shipments.
- Other duties as Service Manager assigns them.
What you will need to qualify:
- Must have a positive attitude and driven to provide an awesome customer service experience.
- Detail and goal oriented.
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
- Valid drivers license.
