Key responsibilities:
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours as required by business needs
- Provide exceptional customer service through our policy of Greeting the customer, Introducing yourself, Asking the customer how you may help them, and Showing the customer to the product they are looking for
- Operate cash register/computer per company policy and procedures
- Answer customer product questions through direct Equine product knowledge
- Execute, update, and manage product pricing
- Assist customers with loading purchases
- Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, resets)
- Pull orders for customers
Requirements:
- No experience required
- Knowledge of Pets, Equine, Livestock, and/or Farming or Ranching is strongly preferred
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
