JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Office Support Specialist to join our growing team.
The Opportunity
As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for various office and location support activities. You will identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business, which the support is being provided. This role will also ensure the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services. You will report directly to the Logistics Manager.
This role is onsite and will be based in our Towanda PA facility.
What You Will Do
- Filing documents in accordance with organization policies and procedures to maintain an organized record of business activities.
- Answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling meetings for managers or other staff members
- Performing clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, filing, faxing, emailing, and mailing documents
- Organizing and maintaining office supplies, such as paper, pens, staplers, tape, etc.
- Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing data, such as sales figures or employee turnover rates
- Printing documents such as letters, memos, brochures, or other materials using computers and/or copy machines.
- Processing incoming mail, answering phones, and scheduling meetings for supervisors or managers
- Creating, updating, and printing spreadsheets and presentations for meetings
- Performing administrative tasks such as ordering supplies or arranging for repairs or maintenance checks on equipment such as copiers or computers
Who You Are
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of related office experience
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office applications

Expected pay for this role is between $21.92 to $36.53 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
