Our company is currently seeking a Referral Coordinator to work in our fast-paced, high-volume medical office. The ideal candidate has experience handling multiple incoming calls at once and is capable of answering questions and directing patients to the appropriate person. The Referral Coordinator will also be responsible for keeping an up-to-date list of referrals and sharing this information with the appropriate teams.

Responsibilities:

ICD Coding Experience Required

  • Gather and verify information from clients to ensure that the client is matched with the best potential referral partner.
  • Provide potential referral partners with information on a client's specific needs.
  • Help clients through the transition after they have been matched with a potential referral partner.
  • Answer questions and address concerns of clients and potential referral partners.
  • Manage client expectations.

Job Type: Full-time
