Role and Responsibilities
As the Jenni Kayne Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Communicate effectively through phone, email using ZenDesk and LiveChat with customers to determine their needs.
- Handle all inquiries regarding orders, exchange requests, refunds, gift cards, promotion codes, customer issues, etc.
- Maximize sales by clienteling, assisting in styling consultations, and providing friendly and welcoming customer service.
- Encourage customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage with us on our social media platforms through email and phone.
- Secure company assets through loss prevention in compliance with company policies and guideline.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service environment. Retail sales; women’s upper contemporary, multi-label or luxury designer preferred.
- Can-do attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Willingness and availability to work during peak business periods –weekends, holidays, etc.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with POS and Inventory Management systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in apparel or lifestyle e-commerce
- Results driven; strategic, conceptual and innovative thinker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and exceptional organizational skills, owning calendar and managing deadlines
