Description of Surface Mine Supervisor, Foreman:
Currently seeking Surface Mine Laborers for full-time positions in the West Finley, PA area.
- Develop a work schedule for workers
- Supervise all workers
- Be the liason between workers & supervisors
- Assign tasks to workers
- Make sure the project is adequately staffed
- Solve disputes between workers
- General Conveyor Belt Maintenance
- Keep Walkways & Catwalks clear of debris
- Hose & Shovel Coal/Coal Dust in Prep Plant, Transfer Buildings & Silos
- General Labor & Maintenance Work Where Needed
- MSHA Surface Papers are required (We will provide training)
***Must be able to pass a HAIR FOLLICLE drug test and background check. (required)***
Schedule of Surface Mine Supervisor, Foreman:
- Saturday Night - Tuesday Night
- 9:00pm - 7:00am
Compensation of Surface Mine Supervisor, Foreman:
- $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
