Jenny Rutherford Real Estate, LLC is in search of a qualified and competent expert in Marketing and Public Relations to join and help our real estate business and a number of brands we manage. This individual will be responsible for developing and boosting our public relations, local, and social media presence. A driven multitasker who loves taking the initiative to enhance our marketing within our company directives and goals will be the ideal candidate. This role will involve creating marketing materials for the real estate business plus a slew of associated brands. The ability to produce and compose with a keen eye for aesthetics and composition is an absolute must. Knowledge of using platforms like Mailchimp, Canva, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Nextdoor, and Planoly, as well as all social media platforms, is a definite plus. For our real estate venture, this person will coordinate all photoshoots and video/drone shoots for the listings, set up the property, and schedule necessary repairs prior to the photoshoot. On the day of the photoshoot, they'll be expected to make a 3D Tour of the whole property. Once the marketing materials have been passed to us, they will then be charged with creating and launching the campaigns while also disseminating the information through email and social media. For vacation rentals, this individual will help advertise open availability in order to book the properties. They'll also be tasked with marketing and managing Bachelorette party businesses as marketing tools for the properties. Other responsibilities include coordinating community projects and events, as well as client appreciation gifts, writing press releases, and ordering promotional items for the company. Excellent communication, organizational, strategic-thinking skills, an eye for detail, a good understanding of brand representation, the ability to communicate in an authentic voice, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks within a given timeline are all necessary to be successful in this role. Creativity and a knack for generating multimedia content that people will enjoy and share with their networks, as well as being able to come up with unique solutions to demand generation and reputation management challenges, are also important. Our perfect candidate is someone who can work well under pressure and will champion a cheerful and positive team when working with partners.

$45,000 yearly

• Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
• Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and social media campaigns
• Develop company team events and promote them on social media channels
• Has a creative, fresh approach to social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers
• Update all website content so it is fresh and current
• Contribute to marketing, public relations, and creative brainstorming initiatives
• Propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the company brand

• Knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva, Facebook ads, Nextdoor, Planoly, Bitly links, etc. preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with stringent deadlines
• Knowledge of all social media networking platforms
• Real estate experience is helpful, but not required
• Possesses a "can do", positive attitude
• MUST be local to Tybee Island, GA- Remote Workers and/or Applicants that live outside a 30-minute radius of Tybee will be automatically disqualified
