E-Commerce Marketing Manager

As we expand our footprint, we're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts, increase sales, and significantly improve Return On Ad Spend (ROAS). What You’ll Do:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and enhances our brand presence. Key responsibilities include:

• Email Marketing: Develop and send engaging email campaigns, clean and segment email lists, and create automated email flows to nurture leads and retain customers.
• SMS Marketing: Craft and dispatch SMS messages that convert.
• Marketing Calendar: Manage a dynamic calendar of marketing events, ensuring all campaigns are timely and well-coordinated.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly reports on marketing KPIs, analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Social Media and Paid Ads: Oversee and optimize Facebook and Google Ads, continuously testing new ads and creatives to improve ROAS.
• Graphic Design: Design marketing assets from scratch, including digital advertisements, email templates, and social media graphics.
• E-Commerce Management: Update the online shop with new items, write compelling product descriptions, and manage website updates to enhance user experience.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement strategies to improve the website's conversion rate.
• Content Creation: Generate enticing collections, deals, and promotions. Write and publish new blog posts weekly to engage our audience and improve SEO rankings.
• Influencer and Content Creator Collaboration: Partner with influencers and content creators to promote our brand and develop compelling ad content.
• SEO and Backlink Building: Execute SEO strategies and conduct blogger outreach to create backlinks, improving our website's search engine ranking.
• New Marketing Initiatives: Continuously propose and test new marketing ideas to drive growth and engagement.

Who You Are:

• Proven track record in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, SMS marketing, and paid ads management.
• Exceptional graphic design skills, with the ability to create visually compelling marketing assets.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with reporting on marketing KPIs and using data to inform strategies.
• Creative thinker, constantly seeking innovative ways to engage customers and enhance brand visibility.
• Excellent communicator, both in writing and in person, with a knack for crafting engaging product descriptions and content.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience working with influencers and content creators.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
