We're looking for General Managers in training at both of our Clarksville and Hopkinsville Jersey Mike's locations.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking to upkeep a strong team of warm and friendly crew members with the backing of our management team; who will do so while offering a happy and pleasant experience to customers by creating the perfect sub with a smile. If you are an enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented person, then this job is for you!

Basic Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Work well with a team of crew members
• Capability to learn skills quickly
• Possess cleanliness and organizational skills
• Food service experience is a plus (although not required)
• Has the ability to lead
• Thrive in the Jersey Mike’s process

Keep in Mind our Managers also need to:

• Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems before they affect the brand.
• Supervise and direct employees customarily and regularly during work hours.
• Work independently and use own discretion and judgment in executing duties and responsibilities.
• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to motivate and improve all employees.
• Analyze business performance, monitor controllable costs, and initiate appropriate actions when necessary.
• Ensure business and personnel practices are conducted according to state and federal laws and consistent with Jersey Mike’s policies and procedures.
• Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of customer and employees.
