Train, coach, and develop team members in all aspects of the business
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ordering and maintaining proper inventory levels
Monitor and maintain all cash handling procedures
Commitment to execute and maintain Jersey Mike's standards
Work closely with ownership group in maintaining standards and expectations
Qualifications:
Must posses excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Be a true team leader and hold others accountable as well as yourself
Have a basic understanding of computers and point of sale equipment
Must posses a strong work ethic and dedication to the success of the business
