Responsibilities : A Crew Member
A Crew Member
works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs their job
responsibilities in such a way that all the products they make are of high
quality and guests they serve are satisfied.
A Crew Member
receives direction from the restaurant management team and Jersey Mike’s training
materials to effectively perform their job. Crew Members will practice the
established procedures and use the proper tools associated with taking and
preparing customer orders. All Crew Members must be proficient at each of the Jersey
Mike’s Production System stations and be able to work at different stations at
any given time.
As an
Entry-Level Crew Member at Jersey Mike’s, you will play a pivotal role in
crafting extraordinary dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities
will encompass a range of tasks, with a central focus on creating memorable
interactions :customers with genuine warmth and a friendly demeanor.
Mastering
the art of preparing and baking our signature subs to perfection.
Handling
ingredients and equipment with the utmost care and attention to hygiene.
Skillfully
managing transactions and ensuring accuracy at the cash register.
Upholding a
spotless and well-organized workspace through thorough cleaning and
sanitization.
Assisting in
basic food preparation activities, contributing to the creation of our
delicious menu.
Going the
extra mile to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and
exceeding expectations.
Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members to guarantee efficient
operations and prompt service.
