Jersey Strong is seeking highly motivated and experienced fitness professionals to join our expanding team. We are currently seeking a Training Manager who will be responsible for leading our Personal Training Team, promoting and enrolling members into our personal training programs.
As a Training Manager, you will be a central part of our team, with a focus on driving sales of our Personal Training programs. This is a fitness sales position that requires a motivated and passionate individual who is dedicated to changing lives through Personal Training. You must have an exceptionally strong understanding of fitness, as well as a keen understanding of prospecting methods and an outgoing personality. We have a structured and proven sales system that produces consistent results.
Responsibilities:
As a Training Manager, you will be a central part of our team, with a focus on driving sales of our Personal Training programs. This is a fitness sales position that requires a motivated and passionate individual who is dedicated to changing lives through Personal Training. You must have an exceptionally strong understanding of fitness, as well as a keen understanding of prospecting methods and an outgoing personality. Responsibilities:
- Conduct introductory personal training sessions and assessments
- Execute an effective prospecting strategy using approved company lead generation techniques
- Attain company targets, including revenue and client retention
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Maintain regular communications with potential and existing customers
Requirements:
- Must be an advocate of fitness and exercise
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Knowledge and experience in the fitness industry
- Holding a current N.C.C.A. or N.B.F.E accredited Personal Training certification is a plus
- Must be a goal achiever who understands how to develop, set and achieve personal goals
- Must be a strong verbal communicator
- Must have experience working within a team environment

- Enjoys multitasking, adapting to changing situations, and works well with monthly performance goals
- Honest, friendly, fun, disciplined, and enjoys regular exercise
- Has an interest in personal education and development

- Takes ownership of responsibilities
Benefits:
- Option to participate in company 401k after a year of employment

Compensation:
- Annual earnings are based on performance and can range from $50,000 to $60,000
- Salary, commission, and bonus
