Responsibilities
- Identify and assess risks across the organization, including operational, financial, and strategic risks.
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential risk factors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Monitor and report on risk metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide support and training to staff on risk management practices and procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience as a Risk Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with risk management tools and software.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM).
- Familiarity with [specific industry such as finance, healthcare, etc.].
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
- Knowledge of [other relevant skills or experiences such as data analysis, compliance, etc.].
