Position Title: Employee Relations Specialist
Classification: FLSA Exempt
Reports To: Employee Relations Manager
Rate of Pay: 50K - 60K
Position Purpose:
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and supporting employee relations, policies, programs and practices. The Employee Relations Specialist will possess a thorough knowledge of HR best practices and contribute innovative ideas.

Required Education & Experience:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Business or Human Resources related field with 3-5 years of related experience with progressive HR practices
Work Environment
This job operates in an airport office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The candidate may occasionally be subject to loud noises, as well as natural elements (rain, heat, wind, cold, etc.)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Position Type
This is a full time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Some travel may be required.
