Responsibilities:
- Preparing and handling applications for development
- Handling public hearings
- Advising clients on land use matters
- Working on litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and other papers.
Requirements:
- NJ Bar membership in good standing
- 3 – 5 years of experience in complex land use matters, including handling applications and attending hearings before Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment and other administrative agencies; litigation involving actions in lieu of prerogative writs; and related regulatory and permitting matters.
