Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, optimizing production procedures, implementing quality control measures and resolving departmental issues. As a Production/Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a team of production workers, track production metrics set forth by senior management, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and personnel. In addition to having strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills, the ability to effectively connect with and motivate employees is a crucial and essential aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards and government regulations.
• Implement production plans to meet company objectives.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with different departments to optimize production workflows.
• Supervise production staff.
• Maintain safety standards in the production facility.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/production issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for increased productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in Production Management, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in production management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Experience with production scheduling/ERP(ODOO)/METRC software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
