Job Summary:

Jetwave Wireless delivers production wireless equipment to our clients every day. The Van Driver is an important member of our team, ensuring the products from our Live Event Rentals department make it to the show on time! While many deliveries are made during our core business hours, we occasionally make deliveries outside of these hours given the unique nature of our industry. Given that this is a full-time position, other shop and facilities duties may be assigned while not driving during working hours. We are looking for self-starters with a mind for customer service who want to join the leader in the production RF space.

Duties/Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring our rental deliveries make it to the customers on time and as expected! You will need to coordinate with the LER (Live Events & Rentals) team and utilize technology resources to determine routes and schedules. Given the full-time nature of this position, you will be required to perform additional facilities and light maintenance type tasks while not driving.

Additional duties and responsibilities may include:

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Maintain mileage log, repair log, trip and expenses as required
• Keep van clean inside and out
• Ensure routine maintenance and needed repairs are performed in a timely manner
• Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor and Jetwave Wireless immediately
• Completes all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have a current driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Past delivery experience is preferred
• Experience in Audio, RF, or Event Production is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
