Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and perform cash handling duties, including making change and processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about technical sales
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of technology products and sales is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
