We are seeking an Experienced Title Processor to join our New Port Richey team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of one-year experience as a Title Processor. Job Duties:
· Provide support to our processing team.
· Assume ownership for transactions assigned.
· Ensure client concerns are handled in a professional and timely manner.
· Quickly complete Title and Lean Searches on orders.
· Detail oriented, organized and a positive attitude.
Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent written and verbal skills.
· Personal skills with diverse personalities both within and outside the company.
· Team player with all office staff is an intricate part of this position.
· Proficiency with industry related software (Microsoft, Google, et.). A working knowledge and/or familiarity with Closer's Choice or Qualia is a PLUS but NOT required.
Preferred Experience:
· Minimum 3 year as a Title Processor
· General knowledge of Title insurance and the Title processes
