Our client in the Lancaster area is looking for an Accountant to support their team. This well-established company has been growing exponentially year-over-year. The company also offers flexible hours and occasional hybrid flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree and 1-3 years of general accounting experience.
Accountant Responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledger and accounting records on a daily basis
- Perform monthly financial closing activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare, review and analyze account reconciliations
- Review AP/AR entries
- External audit support
- Special projects and analysis
Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in general ledger accounting
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- ERP system experience with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
