We are looking for a dynamic acquisition manager....someone who has been a leader of sales production for a previous company. SOMEONE WHO IS AS INTERESTED IN PERSONAL GROWTH AS THEY ARE FINANCIAL GROWTH.
Min Base Salary (Draw) Commission.
Position is Sales/Acquisition
Make 70k-100k first year and up.
(OUR CURRENT ACQUISITION TEAM MEMBERS MAKE THIS AMOUNT AND MORE)
Work from local-remote location to manage lead flow. Travel to local residential homes to negotiate contracts to purchase the property.
You will be provided warm leads everyday from the company's marketing efforts as well as expected to generate your own leads through calling, text, networking, etc.
Position Responsibilities
- Facilitate incoming leads.
- Set appointments to visit homes and negotiate contracts to purchase property.
- Assess value of properties and put offers together.
- Followup with potential leads.
- Manage workflow and create pipeline of potential clients
Position Qualifications
- Experience in sales.
- Experience Negotiating Contracts.
- Experience with in home presentations.
- Experience working a salary commission position.
- Experience being the top sales agent at previous employment.
