Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
• Generate leads through various channels, including door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products / services
• Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of solar installations
• Prepare and present customized solar proposals to potential customers
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in solar / energy sales is required
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in using software applications for sales tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with solar sales processes and industry trends is a plus
