We are a growing group in the health insurance industry, and we are looking for new talent with impeccable work ethic, discipline, and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a Sales and Account Specialist in Trinity, Florida.
As a Sales Rep, you will work directly and build connections with individuals, families, and small businesses by reviewing with them the specific benefit packages that fit their particular situation, per their request, and provide a solution from a portfolio of products. This is a sales position. We will assist you in attaining your 2-15 license.

What You Can Expect:
- Hands on one-on-one training

Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently/self motivated
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to reliably commute Monday-Saturday
- Good work ethic and coachable/trainable
- Schedule flexibility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license
- Need to possess a laptop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $72,800.00 per year
Compensation package:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
