Our technicians work with customers in every aspect of their visit to Jiffy Lube. You will properly greet and advise the customer on the service they are seeking. You will perform a comprehensive inspection on every vehicle. You will educate and advise each customer on their specific vehicle needs. Perform a Quality Inspection on each vehicle and ensure the customer will be 100% satisfied. Process payment and the customer invoice information and ensure they leave happy and want to come back to see you again and again. A successful Jiffy Lube technician:. Enjoys face to face contact and provides great customer service.. Is Enthusiastic and High Energy. Loves being part of a team and winning as a team. Enjoys Hands-on work.
