Job Description
We are looking for a highly engaged person who has a passion for customer service for our Body Shop customers. The Receptionist will greet customers, help them with their basic repair process questions, perform accounting and general office functions,
The ideal candidate has at least two years of work experience in a similar role. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, basic accounting skills and strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Spanish speaking helpful.
Responsibilities
- Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
- Performs clerical/office tasks, basic accounting, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, sending bills, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
- Performs all duties in a manner to ensure a positive customer experience
- Uses a computer for most duties
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Two years of progressive and relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Clean DMV record
