Lead Document Scanning Technician Job Description

To be lead individual insuring that dealership transactions and documentation gets scanned accurately and timely for legal and regulatory purposes and for use by dealership.

How you will make your greatest contribution…

You will demonstrate trustworthiness, excellence and professionalism in managing the dealership's high volume of documents that get scanned and stored accurately and timely while maintaining appropriate security over these documents.

How you will measure your contribution…

You will know you are being successful by taking over and performing the following essential duties:

• Prepare all required documentation to be scanned in an organized and accurate way.
• Perform accurate and thorough review of the final scanned product.
• Provide feedback to management on ways to streamline scanning and the way documents are stored afterwards.
• Assist and train other scanning team members.
• Able to perform clerical duties that are assigned to you.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Complete tasks independently with minimal assistance.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
