Title Clerk
Job Posting for Title Clerk at Jim Butler Chevrolet
Jim Butler Centralia is looking for a dependable individual with experience in title work to join our team. It is important to us to have a team player who is dedicated to not only their position, but the entire organization. They must be able to work well with others. This is a full time Monday-Friday position.
- Process all new and used vehicle sales titles for registration.
- Verify that funds have been collected.
- Pay off vehicles and request lien releases.
- Bill out dealer trades.
- Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.
- Maintain an understanding of current title regulations
- Various other office duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
