What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at JIM'S AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE?
Greetings!
The Jim's Automotive crew is seeking to hire a new Service Advisor. As a service advisor your primary duty will be speaking with clients about vehicle repairs, ordering parts and providing general customer service. This is a dynamic job where you will learn new things each and every day with regard to vehicles and customer service. Experience is preferred, but no experience is also welcome, and you will be trained to perform the various job duties. A valid driver's license is REQUIRED.
Job duties include:
-Providing quotes to customers for vehicle repairs as recommend by technicians
-Providing excellent customer service to our clients
-Ordering parts from a multitude of vendors
-Communicating effectively with technicians in the shop to provide accurate data to clients
-Maintaining professional relationships with customers and vendors
