ABOUT THE POSITION
Summary
The Director of Operations has general supervisory and oversite of various firm departments including Marketing, Learning and Development, Facilities, IT, HR & Recruiting, Client Services, and Reception. This position will also support vendor management, strategic projects and act as work groups and legal support staff liaison. The Director of Operations will report to and help support Executive Leadership in strategic planning and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Have oversite and supervise department management including department calendar, training, budgeting, KPI management, reporting, meetings and strategic planning.
- External vendor management
- Strategic projects
- Work Group and Legal Support Staff Liaison
- Quality control/quality assurance
- Systems and Process

- Minimum 5years of experience in direct partnership with accountability to executive leadership
- Project Management and Change Management experience
