Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team and oversee the outbound part of our logistics process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of shipping procedures, and proficiency in computer systems and software. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from our facility to their final destinations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Outbound Shipments
- Receive drivers and help them check in and check out.
- Allocate the dock and arrange forklift driver to load
- Plan, organize, and oversee the outbound logistics process to ensure timely and
- accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Leverage computer systems to manage and track shipments, maintain accurate inventory records.
- Proactively identify and address any issues, delays, or exceptions in the outbound
- logistics process.
- Response in time to operation team inquiries related to shipping, delivery times, and order status.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, with a focus on outbound operations.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in logistics software and
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
