JOB SUMMARY
|
The controller will be responsible for closing out the month, maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing financial guidance to management. A qualified candidate will need to have an interactive management style and able to work efficiently with direct reports and management alike, have the ability to see the big picture and actively identify cost-saving measures as well as profit opportunities. JIT Toyota-Lift operates currently with Microsoft Navision and is converting to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central in April 2024.
The successful candidate will be a true business partner to the President and a great leader to their accounting staff by communicating, delegating, training, and ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed in an efficient manner.
