JJ Moore & Associates is an immigration law firm based in Tennessee and Georgia, Atlanta. We work primarily with the Latino community in an effort to adjust their status within the United States. Our main practice involves victims of domestic abuse. Our firm is looking for an individual to help handle administrative tasks including customer care to our clients, communication letters, correspondence, case inquiries, etc.
Job Responsibilities
• Manning the front desk
• Attending to Clients; communication, fingerprinting etc
• Creating Client files
• Providing case updates to clients
• Sending client update letters
• Special projects
• Compliance of confidentiality
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with over 30 hours per week. Our office is open from 9am CT to 6pm CT. Work hours will fall within that time range. Saturday may be required twice a month.
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications/Skills
• Friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality
• Well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Compliance of confidentiality
• Excellent customer service
• Experience of working in an immigration law firm is an advantage.
