Position Qualifications: HS diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in Windows, Outlook, scheduling, and Power Point required. Must have exceptional Microsoft Excel skills in data analysis, trend analysis, and graphical analysis. Must be able to work independently; demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attentional to detail and accuracy; Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Previous Executive Assistant experience preferred. | |
Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, reaching, twisting, turning, lifting (<20 lbs). Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. | |

Job Responsibilities: |

Performs routine administrative support duties such as preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, deck prep, calendar organization, meeting preparations, data analysis and reporting, managing communication with internal and external contacts on all levels, and schedule meetings as needed. | |
Make travel arrangements for CEO | |
Maintain Commission reports, approve install/forklift invoices in SAP inbox, maintain container report, rework process, and update PO dates from container report. | |
All other duties as assigned | |
