The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Project Manager is responsible for overseeing planning, implementing, and commissioning technology systems on multiple projects. This position would give onsite team members direction including but not limited to installing structured cabling, support infrastructure, terminating, installing equipment to specifications, and completing a functional system as portrayed in the job documents This position would work directly with leadership to oversee the daily operations on site while mitigating risk, improving customer relations and integrity of Push Technologies. The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Project Manager will travel 90% of the time between Montana and Wyoming projects, and report to the Billings, MT office monthly.

Physical and Environmental Factors:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Read and interpret plans, prints and specifications.
- Order materials, create scope of values, assist with billing.
- Train and assist the team with As-Builts, dailies, identifying change orders.
- Mentor technicians and installers to complete their tasks and responsibilities.
- Review dailies for accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for all onsite construction activities including managing crews, embracing and promoting the company’s safety culture, managing productivity, and helping to meet project milestones and/or budget.
- Communicate and maintain top notch relationships with both internal and external customers and other onsite trades.
- Manage resources and others with minimal supervision.
- Capture data, report and share with team members.
- Create proposals, scope of work, bid work, assign duties and responsibilities, create workflow.
- Assist with systems implementation, commissioning, and testing.
- Proactively manages job site organization and housekeeping, including daily log and photos of progression.
- Reviewing potential job prospects and conducting site surveys and developing estimates.
- Perform routine diagnostics and installation of wiring closets, circuits, and communication cabling to include but not limited to voice, data network, fiber optic, and other multimedia infrastructures.
- Work directly with end-users, staff, and vendors to answer technical questions and resolve problems.
- Travel to user sites to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and install telephone, multimedia, and data communication equipment. Provide users with necessary documentation and instruction on usage of telecommunications equipment.
- Represent Push Technologies in a positive and safe manner.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- Experience in commercial structured cabling and knowledge of the industry
- Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA, and NEC standards
- Existing BISCI or PMI certifications preferred or the ability to obtain in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of standard construction safety practices, OSHA 10 certificate preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Networking using LAN/WAN, switchgear, and routers
- Ability to create documentation, reporting and communication using MS/Google platforms.
- CADD, Revit, Bluebeam experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to travel 90% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and travel to various locations within and/or outside of state
- Ability to understand the installation process, terminate, test, label, and document horizontal, backbone, and other cables (CAT5, CAT 5e, CAT6, and Fiber). Be capable of reviewing cable pathway systems, such as cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks, and D-rings. Installations will include dressing and routing of cable into telecommunications closets, modular furniture, and other work area outlets. All work will be accomplished in accordance with industry standards and the national electrical code.
- Ability and knowledge to review card access devices, wireless access points, IP and coaxial security cameras, camera housings, switches and routers, and other network devices.
- Ability to effectively communicate daily milestones and manage crew’s productivity to ensure keeping projecting timelines.
- Ability to certify and use testing equipment effectively.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and one-line diagrams.
- Ability to listen carefully and follow instructions and make recommendations.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
