JKV Capital. LLC (“JKV”), a real estate private equity company, is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. JKV leverages its partners’ 40 years of real estate investing experience to execute on a diverse collection of wealth additive strategies for our funds. Founded in 2017, we operate with a “start-up mentality”, and an ideal candidate for this role thinks about value-creation and building operations as more than just pursuing traditional methods of solving problems as “it has always been done…”.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Constantly sourcing properties to build a pipeline of properties across multiple markets.
- Underwriting offers and negotiating pricing with local agents to purchase assets within the market’s specified parameters.
- Constantly growing a network of agents and vendors in multiple markets.
- Create reports to update Market Managers on upcoming acquisitions, current items in due diligence, and properties recently closed.
- Coordinate property handoff with local construction teams to assess budgets for each property and confirm renovation costs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business (preferably Finance or Accounting).
- Basic knowledge of real estate, detail oriented, strong communicator, and resourceful.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to the company objectives.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
