Looking a self ​motivated property manager for a growing long-term/ short-term property business located in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. This job will be a hybrid work at home and some on-site/office work as well. Must have some experience and understanding of the process for vetting and signing potential tenants. People, computer and organizational skills a must. Tractor and tenant. Quality control inspections for turnovers, potential cleaning duties as well. Bonuses ​given for each new client signed and lots of other perks. Insurance optional. Salary position or potentially hard and full time for the right person.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
