ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform complex financial analyses with minimal supervision, including cash flow projections, Excel modeling, and associated sensitivity analyses
Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into project specific deliverables and valuation models
Read and review lease and legal documents and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospective clients
Review and analyze various client’s quantitative portfolio data, legal documents and other materials as part of project due diligence process
Point of contact for tracking, management, reporting on trends in the market
Assist with preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits
Assist with preparation of client deliverables and presentations which influence client decision making
Be a partner with the brokerage team to add value in client facing and pitch meetings
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3 years of work professional service experience in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting.
Excel valuations, financial analysis, and market research experience, preferred.
Commercial Real Estate industry experience, preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Outstanding academic credentials
Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate analysis
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented and has strong organizational skills
A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is required
