What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at JLL?
Provide accounting support for the property management team, and function as a key member of this management team.
Principal Accountabilities:
Process Accounts Receivable
Make collections calls
Enter cash receipts
Enter billing adjustments
Perform tenant ledger reconciliations
Process Accounts Payable
Enter invoices
Ensure proper audit trail and supporting documentation
Maintain Sales Information
Collection sales reports
Enter sales into accounting system
Lease Analysis
Review leases and leasing activity on permanent leases, ensuring accurate billings
Review and/or calculate additional charges as applicable
Payroll
Coordinate with HR/Payroll Dept. in reporting weekly, vacation and sick hours
Review and maintain department employee assignments and time allocations
Assist the property accountant as needed

Qualifications:
Associates degree in accounting preferred
1-2 years bookkeeping
Microsoft office product knowledge, Excel and real estate accounting software preferred
