Compensation Range: $139,300-$202,000 base bonus

Location: REMOTE based in the United States
What this job involves - This position will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sourcing professionals and will work directly with Sourcing & Procurement leadership, Account leadership, and Clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
Provide impactful leadership in a collaborative environment.
Drive results through program implementation and monitoring success, and ensure all accounts meet KPI and Goals set forth by Sourcing & Procurement and Client.
Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to Clients. Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding their business needs and priorities.
Bring strategic thought leadership to the team, as it relates to Sourcing and People Manager activities.
Ensure contracting and procurement standards, policies, and procedures are maintained and followed throughout the portfolio of managed accounts
Partner with internal operations teams such as JLL Facility Management and Project Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the Client

Oversight of Annual Sourcing Plan development and implementation
Ensure sourcing technology tools are leveraged where applicable.
Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
Review and analyze data to make effective business decisions.
Partner your teams with operations by providing management, detailed instruction, and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management
Preferred
8 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience
Bachelor's Degree - Business, Supply Chain Management preferred
MBA, a plus
CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
